Jelly Bean Memorial Fund

Frequent visitors to S.A.R.A.'s Treasures Thrift Store  and Cat Adoption Center will be saddened to learn of the passing of Jelly Bean, our resident elderly white Manx.

Jelly was a very loving cat and could usually be found near the front counter looking for her tuna treat handouts from the volunteers.

S.A.R.A. rescued her from Lane County Animal Regulation Authority in April of 2005 where she was left as "unwanted". She had multiple health issues and required daily meds. S.A.R.A. patrons often found a jar for Jelly Bean donations on the front counter and we held several raffles to raise money for her care which included extensive dental work and regular blood tests.

We would like to continue Jelly Bean's fundraising legacy by creating a fund solely for the medical care of cats and kittens in our cat rescue program. You can donate to the fund in person at S.A.R.A.'s Treasures, 871 River Road in Eugene or use the secure PayPal Button below. All donations are tax deductible. Thanks for your continued support!
